“I am indebted to my father for living, but to my teacher for living well”. Alexander the Great.

Mentoring is a responsibility and a profession as well. When we talk about responsibility, we mean much more than just raising children! The role of an educator is not just to be a good teacher rather it goes beyond imparting knowledge and the capacity to influence a child’s learning, performance, and conduct. Every student gets fascinated by their favourite teachers as it shapes how they view the world. They are the ones who help the students passionately develop their spirit of learning to an ignited mind. This is how a good educator brings changes to society. One such ideal educator who has dedicated his whole life to equipping his students with the knowledge to build careers with values and dreams is Mr Tridib Behera, Chairman, Tetrahedron Group of Institutions.

Mr Tridib Behera has consistently adhered to the standard for a decent and holistic education. Being an active scholar during his undergraduate years has helped him establish himself as a mentor to others. He decided to lead society and create values in the education field after winning the first prize in one of his college seminars. After graduating from Salepur College, Mr Behera went on to Ravenshaw University for his postgraduate studies. At the very moment, he is pursuing his PhD at Centurion University. Mr Behera is not only a voracious reader but also a research scholar. His belief is that there is no end to education;

Since he came from a big count family, Mr Tridib had an extraordinary upbringing as he had to start working at an early age to help his family. He had to teach private lessons to enrol in a coaching centre for his own studies. Dr SudhansuTripathy, his Guru extended his assistance by enrolling in prestigious institutions in likes NM, Padhee, Books, and Sachdeva in the year 2000-2001:Therefore, teaching was embedded within his way. Mr Tridib has always desired to transform society by teaching the best minds and helping them to fulfil their dreams into reality. Mr Ramesh Parida, the founder of NM Tutorial, paved the way for him by offering him a chance to demonstrate his abilities as an educator. This moment laid down the foundation to be destined as a proud educationist today.

Post-2005, he clicked the idea to alter the educational landscape and set out to create his empire. In 2005 he founded his endeavour Trideb Chemistry which was one of the prominent coaching centres. He intended to curate all four subjects—physics, biology, chemistry, and mathematics—at a single location within the institution in response to the challenges that students were experiencing. The name Tetrahedron was proposed by Dr B N Das, direct teacher to Tridib Behera, and retired principal, and it was arranged precisely as a methane chain with four corners. With 64 seats, he established Tetrahedron Junior College at Tangi in 2013 with great hopes and aspirations. They also got affiliated with Tetrahedron Women’s Higher Secondary School in 2017 which was one of the greatest establishments in them. In a short span of time, the quality teachings supplemented with results yielded by their students have opened new dawn for thumping its mark in the field of +2Science college beyond Odisha, as a result of its continuing legacy, it crossed over 850 admissions in the first year, a record-holding feat for the institution.

“I can let go of anything you want from me, except Tetrahedron”- Mr Tridib Behera. He never had a desire for having a materialist life but he did have a strong desire to have an Institute that speaks for itself as far as high-quality education and facilities are concerned. Establishing Tetrahedron is nothing sort of a dream coming true for his illustrious career. From considering Tetrahedron to be his first family to managing his personal life, this steadfast spirit paved the route for him to become a well-respected educator.

Tetrahedron provides a range of free courses to poor financial students. The institute continues to provide free coaching for entrance exams like NEET, JEE, etc. The Tetrahedron is an organization that has helped develop the careers of its 3000 students as well as others. The team believes in the great outcome rather than wealth.

According to Mr Behera, the state’s future lies in the private sector. He considers that if the government can implement accountability, the future of education may assume a new form. Additionally, in a state like Odisha, the blending of the public and private sectors can work tremendous wonders.

VISION-

Mr Tridib’s needs are never fancy; it is always his students’ success and Tetrahedron’s growth. Tetrahedron Junior is dedicated to providing students with a top-notch education for academic success. A group of committed and diligent faculty members work nonstop to achieve their aims.

He has a wish to see his students tap the top places in the field of professionalism. “I will feel happier when I’ll see 10 administrative officials blooming from Tetrahedron”, Mr Behera claims.
