Santosh Gairola is an author, blogger, and digital marketer who hails from the beautiful city of Dehradun. His new novel ‘you are the apple of my eye’ is going to release soon, Interview Times had a detailed conversation with him, below are the excerpts,
Q1- Was being an Author always in your bucket list?
Answer– My name is Santosh Gairola. I’m an author, blogger, and digital content creator. Now, coming to your answer; No, I never thought to become an author. I was a software developer who accidentally turned to be an Author.
Q2- What are your hobbies?
Answer– Well, I got some hobbies which I like to follow. Some of them are reading- writing books, learning a new skill, blogging, and sometimes doing some physical workout. But prime of them is reading and writing all sorts of books; when it comes to reading, I primarily love reading non-fiction books.
My second principal hobby is networking with others. I run a digital marketing blog, BloggingCosmos.com, so networking is a must for me. Networking with fellow bloggers helps me to establish myself as a brand.
Q3- How do you choose characters for your novel?
Answer- Before writing the novel, I create the outline of the story. For that, I observe the events happening around me and the people around me. During outlining the story I think about the protagonist. I feel like them and try to think like them for few days.
Q4- How do you source ideas for your stories?
Answer– It comes naturally from my mind. I just use my imagination power and build a character around my imagination. Sometimes I also take examples from real-life events. But overall I like to use my creative power.
Q5- What message would you like share with the readers?
Answer- Guys my new novel, you are the apple of my eye is releasing on 17 May 2017. It is a fiction novel, which will be available in paperback and ebook format. The story is a little different, and I hope that you will like the story of the novel, which spins around the billionaire man name Rahul.
Rahul is a self-made super-rich guy with a hyper-intelligence level who established the biggest technological brand in India. He faces lots of psychological issues in his childhood days in which his childhood friend Swati helps him overcome those challenges. Swati heals him and pushes him in the right direction. Both fall in love, but destiny comes in between Swati and Rahul. The circumstances turn for both of them, and both get separated. Now their path was different from each other.
Rahul’s father takes a promise from Rahul that he will never work for anyone else and establish the most influential brand in the market. That makes the foundation of the Rudra Empire. Consequently, Rahul alone starts his entrepreneurial journey from scratch and builds the biggest brand in the nation. During his entrepreneurial journey, he meets the founder of Sandbox Corporation, Miss Seema. The life Seema gets transformed when Rahul comes to her life. What will happen next in Rahul’s entrepreneurial journey?
Q6- What are your future ambitions?
Answer– I’m working on some more books and products. Along with that, I’m also working on my blog. There are some possibilities that in the coming time, would be exploring more genres like self-help and technology.
