Q1) Tell us about when did you start writing? How was your first writing experience like?
Ans : Without being aware of the fact that I wanted to pursue my career as a Writer I started with school magazines. I wrote Mr. Beggar Billionaire, when I was 23 years old and it got published after 2 years. I’ve always been mesmerized by storytelling and folktales and I think that’s the reason I chose to be Writer.
Q2) You have also received the award for “Best Plot for Professor Ashwatthama by Ukiyoto Publishers.” Tell us about your experience?

Ans : After Professor Ashwatthama received rave reviews on Amazon and Goodreads, I approached various Publishing houses and Newspapers for their review. I got lucky when MID-DAY decided to publish an article about the comic and Ukiyoto Publishing House Nominated us in Best Plot category. They invited me to Literary Conclave in Delhi and I was honored to receive the award for the Best Plot-2022.
Q3)How did you decide the plot for the book “ “Professor Ashwatthama”. Do attach the link of the book so that the readers can view it ?
Ans : Mahabharata was a subject in 5th class and it was like History, a subject that always fascinated me. I scored well in this Mahabharata exams and started exploring more about Indian Mythology. Ashwatthama as a character came to my mind in 2017 and I started researching about his family tree and voila Professor Ashwatthama came to life in 2018. I wanted to keep it in current timeline so I came up with the plot of bringing in Genghis Khan, Science befriending Mythology and few major events that took place in the World.

Q4) You have a hobby of watching films? Tell us about your most recent watch . And what impact did it create on you.

Ans : I couldn’t afford to join a Film School so watching films is like breathing to me. It’s been an essential part of my growth as writer. Whatever I have learned about screenplay and storytelling come from films. Reading screenplays is another hobby I have. I watched AVATAAR 1-2 recently and it was a marvelous visual spectacle. Creating a World of your own with language, flora, fauna, is something that only few can do and these films are like an institution.
Q5) Finally tell us one advice you would want to give to the youth who wants to pursue their career in writing ?

Ans : The advice that’s I’ve been giving myself is listen to my heart and go with my conviction. So that’s what I’ll like to tell everyone who want to pursue their career in any field. “Everyone tastes failure, but successful are the ones who never let the same failure break them.”
