The “Pappu” can dance or not is a different story, but it sounds pretty sure that he can really make his most powerful opponents in the ruling regime to dance with his tune. Soon after Rahul Gandhi’s speech at Cambridge Judge Business School and following few more interactive sessions in London, back home in a caustic reaction Kiren Rijiju, minister of Law and Justice in India tweeted- “People of India know Rahul Gandhi is Pappu but foreigners don’t know that he is actually Pappu. And it’s not necessary to react to his Foolish Statements but the problem is that his Anti-India statements are misused by the Anti-India Forces to tarnish the image of India”. BJP loves to call Rahul Gandhi as “Pappu” and they troll him in social media in a daily basis to show the law maker as dim wit.

BHARAT JODO YATRA

Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi’s “Bharat Jodo Yatra” has completely changed his image and his free-flowing interactions with common people and media made him a leader of greater substance. After the successful Yatra when he arrived in London to attend few lectures and interactions, BJP is nervous and suddenly, the “Paapu” becomes their principal point of opposition. This time BJP did not leave the battle against Rahul Gandhi to their IT trolls, but all their big guns are pointed at Gandhi ferociously.

Senior most minister in Modi cabinet Rajnath Singh attacked Rahul Gandhi in the Loksabha and said-  “Rahul Gandhi, who is a member of this House, insulted India in London. I demand that his statements should be condemned by all members of this House and he should be asked to apologise before the House”.

Senior ministers and senior most party functionaries were mobilized to set the narrative against rahul Gandhi that he had insulted India in a foreign country.
