The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has taken a big step. The authority has set the new rules for menu leveling. Under the new rules, it is now necessary to write down the nutritional value of food on the restaurant’s menu card. This allows you to know how many calories the food contains. The level of clothing theory must also be written when leveling the menu. The Government of India has introduced new leveling and display regulations. This rule applies to restaurants with more than 10 chains. The FSSAI has long been trying to improve the level of regulation. It has now been notified.

The FSSAI’s new rules apply to restaurants with more than 10 branches. For companies with a central license or running a restaurant in more than 10 locations, it is important that they provide calorie information on their menu cards. The menu card also says how many calories are enough for someone.

This notification from the Government of India must provide information on the menu card, display board or booklet and its nutritional value along with the food item. Pizza hot, Dominos, McDonald’s, etc., like pizza, food chains selling categories, have to display calorie counts in their food items. In addition, hotels and large restaurants have to display calories in their menus.

One 100-gram pizza has 240 calories. It weighs 245 calories per 100 grams. An active person needs 2,000 calories of energy regularly. Calorie requirements vary from person to job. That’s why each nutrition item has its nutritional value written on it to determine how many calories someone needs.
